| Learn how to sew with 1:1 private sewing lessons in my smoke free, bright sunny studio located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Learn to Sew Lessons: For the absolute beginner, one who has never even turned on the machine. The lessons cover threading the machine, winding a bobbin, sewing straight seams, fabric layout, and following a pattern. Advanced Beginner Lessons: For the student who is comfortable using a sewing machine, even if a refresher is needed to thread the machine and wind a bobbin properly. Choose a project from the lists below (Learn to Sew or Advanced Beginner) and get started sewing! Intermediate Lessons: For the student who has recently finished at least one project. These lessons are aimed toward teaching the student new skills such as zipper application, buttonholes, and rudimentary alterations of a pattern (such as modifying a pattern within a size or two. Payment Plan $25.00 per 1 hour Summer special: $75.00 for a 4 hour session(can be broken into 1 hour each sessions. PayPal, cash or credit card preferred. |
